ABOUT THE AWARD:
The AQR Insight Award, sponsored by AQR Capital Management, recognizes the unpublished paper that provides the most significant, new practical insights for tax-exempt institutional or taxable investor portfolios. Up to three papers will share a $100,000 prize.
Many academic finance papers are written each year. The AQR Insight Award seeks to acknowledge those that best address the real-world challenges investors face in asset allocation, security selection, portfolio implementation, risk management, and more.
Submissions may address any investment-related topic with clear implications for the practice of investment management. Authors will be asked to submit a brief additional note (no more than 250 words) summarizing the practical implications of their research.
Up to 5 finalists will be invited to present their research to AQR’s investment teams in Greenwich, CT, with all expenses paid.
